Generally spoken, Yes, but IMO these are only two more regular Y-20As but anyway I cannot wait to see it.

Why do you think so? IMO highly unlikely.
The serial number represents only a tactical number, not a construction one.

February this year we have a satellite photo of 9 Y20 outside the factory, if this picture is very recent, then probably at least 22 Y20 have been rolled out. Plus the confirmed 7 Y20 already in service, that would be a total of 29 Y20 rolled out from the factory.
This figure is based on assumption that the 9 Y20 sighted outside the factory in February have been delivered to PLAAF.

There are even 13 Y-20As visible, which alone is half a regiment. So I think we can easily expect a second unit sono to receive that Type.
