Maybe it could, but I don't see the utility. The plane has those air brakes/wing control surfaces near the tips that can already manage yaw turns.
Without a tail yaw is much harder to control than the other 2 rotations. If i had to choose between yaw tvc or roll+pitch tvc i’d take the former. I doubt the tiny air brakes could give as much yaw control as yaw tvc, and even if it does opening those flaps will lower stealth

If you take moment arms into consideration they can be pretty powerful as control surfaces. Stealth-wise they do have an impact though

The most aerodynamically efficient yaw rotation is not a sharp swerve anyways. If you don’t need sharp instantaneous turning ability in every axis you probably don’t need that much moment arm from the tail. Half the vertical tail’s purpose is providing stability after all, and clearly their flight control arrangement can handle that part without vertical surfaces.
