Was re listening to Ace Combat 3(1999) track while working. In the opening of the game, there are two planes that reminded me of J-36 and Shenyang Next Gen.

I hope not, but you never know. Surely though, there MUST be better pictures of the J-36 and J-50 outthere? Hopefully our chinese friends will indulge us a bit for the upcoming chinese new year?

The front tandem wheel is supposed to be tilted higher than the rear one. The shadows below the wing are off with parts of the wing lit in a non-linear fashion. This photo makes no sense.

Really? I don't rate this as a hint it could be faked!

By the way, does anyone know when we saw the J-20 for the second time after its maiden flight?

usually is very credible! the point is how recent? A not yet released old image (IMO most likely) or a new one?

Not always. Per observation, @

does have a tendency to post outdated/inaccurate/CG photos, though only sometimes.

For me, I'd read the comment sections and see if any other credible military-watching Weibo accounts having posted the same photos as well first.

The uneven sharpness, especially on the wings and the mushy shadows makes it look really odd. Either its been touched up afterwards (mainly on the wing facing us) or some AI upscaling made it look weird.
What's going on with the caret intake though? Strange, serrated features that we didn't see last time.
Also, good view of the cockpit area now that its not opaque. Perhaps its using dielectric mirror type material for the cockpit glass? Transparency that can be changed at will?
