Blueprints of PLA vehicles

Hi all,

I'm new here at your forums and I'd like to say that sinodefence is a very good site, the best around for information about the PLA.

We are making a modern day mod for Company of Heroes and we would like to have the PLA as a playable faction in our mod.

We are very busy modeling all the things we need, but we find it very hard do find blueprints of PLA vehicles. so I'm looking for blueprints of vehicles, weapons, airplanes, helicopters,... everything exept boats actually.

so if anyone could give me a good some blueprints or a good site with blueprints of PLA vehicles I'd be very gratefull

This is an example of a blueprint that's very good. you can see I prefer drawings and a view from every side of the vehicle.

But what time period is the mod set in?

it's in the near future, so blueprints of all the vehicles the PLA uses today are usefull

nope nothing yet, these things are really hard to find
maybe there are some on the chinese internet, but we don't have anybody who can speak/read

I have a few on my other computer, but it'll be a few weeks before I have access to it.

On the other hand, you could dig around on china defense forum, particularly in the pinned threads specific to particular models (i.e. the ZTZ-99 thread, the PLZ-04 thread et al)

I found some good ones from the type99 mbt, the china defence forum is a very usefull. But I can always use the ones you have on your computer, mail them to me when you have access to them

can you post them ? im looking for some blueprints of the ztz99 too , I found some but they were very lowdetailed .

Just thought i would give you my support, because i LOVE Company of Heroes and think its a well awesome game, with such an awesome engine the possibilities of a really nice mod could emerge so good luck with that.

A lot of PLA stuff is actually imported designs - or relatively minor modifications. Not saying ALL PLA equipment, but a lot of it which might make finding "blueprints" easier.
