What kind of paint does the PLA use for heavy equipment? This is kind of a question for all branches in general. From what I've seen the Y-20, Type 99, and various heavy equipment seem to have a glossy shine that makes the equipment look "cheap." So I was wondering if the paint compares to US CARC coatings.

I would say so, yes. Dr. Clower seems to have access to obscure Chinese sources that I have never heard of and that I couldn't find online.
