Bro to much success and its very lonely at the top as nobody noticed you and you're being ignored....lol
I just saw this and frankly I'm very surprised. Esp radar, why can't they leverage their semiconductor industries?domestic radar or like .
Because radar doesn't use silicon for the transceiver elements, they use compound semiconductor III-Vs like GaN, GaAs, etc due to their much higher carrier mobility which enables them to carry high frequency signals without overheating or high loss.I just saw this and frankly I'm very surprised. Naomi Wu did once explain that stopping forgeries was as easy as hiring an IP lawyer in China to do the due delligency, but it was cheaper to whine about itThat said, I did once visit a small factory outside Shenzen where the workers were busily forging Chanel, etc., buttons and suchlike for handbags etc.
Seems Korea kinda "neglect" research&development in material science, explain weakness in marine turbine too.Because radar doesn't use silicon for the transceiver elements, they use compound semiconductor III-Vs like GaN, GaAs, etc due to their much higher carrier mobility which enables them to carry high frequency signals without overheating or high loss.
The compound semiconductor industry involves different wafer sizes, processes, chemicals, etc than silicon. Wafer fabrication itself is much more difficult than silicon.
