After banning Huawei and ZTE ten times in the US, the US congress decided to pressure allies to ban Huawei and ZTE and forced public companies to disclose if they ever used Huawei and ZTE equipment. I will not compare Russian GDP growth with any other country as the measurement of quality and effectiveness will be different.
for example Russian built a Japanese garden in Krasnodar. it is not just big garden once you look from drone but functioning for night life. It is that extra quality and luxury for third tier city that simply not easy to execute in West.
