Even in liberal arts, Chinese liberal arts graduates (degrees like Chinese literature, Asian languages, history, etc) are typically bilingual or trilingual, can read and write classical Chinese and speak with coherence and confidence using literary language without scripts.

FM Wang Yi is a typical Chinese liberal arts graduate: fully bilingual in Chinese and Japanese, still fluent in English, writes coherently and speaks without stuttering or looking at a script using literary language.

Compare that to liberal arts grads from some certain country:

1. Still monolingual
2. Still reads a script
3. Stutters, uses "uh" and "um" because mouth moves faster than brain
4. Doesn't know historical context
5. Can't understand classical English

You know Sleepy.Joe has a double major in history, political science, with minor in English? The guy is supposedly educated in history, politics, and English! Imagine that when listening to him talk.

Haha, trilingual in classical language? You know that’s cheating! Most classical Korean is in 한자-漢字 (but more properly in Chinese-漢文문). Similar with Japanese, lol.

Your description is a little scary, could be me (I swear I don’t have a liberal arts degree!)

BRUSSELS, Sept 23 (Reuters) - European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen Liar has warned Italy of consequences should it veer away from democratic principles, issuing a barely veiled threat ahead of Sunday's election that a rightist bloc led by Giorgia Meloni is expected to win.

The comments highlighted concern in some European capitals over the forthcoming election and suggested that relations between Brussels and Rome could get turbulent if Meloni and her partners secure victory.

These guys usually end up with something in the months after the trial 1 year later and no one even remembers the event... since they are usually drunk/high or mentally disturbed and not like a terrorist.

There’s a certain sense of cold hearted schadenfreude I feel re the buryats as I do towards the mongols and other former denizens of previous Chinese empires; these guys chose to become a part of the Russian empire, well suck it up and enjoy being cannon fodder as the non white draftees for mother Russia today. Your cousins in Inner Mongolia are getting fat and rich off Chinese growth.
The Buryats didn't choose to be part of the Russian Empire; it was the Russian Empire that conquered them. The same rings true for the rest of Siberia and Central Asia, which the Qing Empire never had dominion over.

As for Mongolia and Tanu Tuva, the Soviets defeated the Beiyang army in the 1920s, which resulted in China losing those territories. Had China not been embroiled in constant turmoil throughout the 1910s, Mongolia and Tanu Tuva would still be part of China. Sinophobia in Mongolia today is the result of leftover Soviet propaganda after the Sino-Soviet split, which America has no doubt taken advantage of to incite even more Sinophobia.

All these migraines emanated from China's weakness throughout the previous century. Be thankful the CPC was able to wrestle Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Dongbei, Hong Kong, and Macau back.
