If she's going to be the next President of the US... without it her opponents are going to pounce. Ironic since foreign affairs are not important to American voters. Obama already moved 60 to 70 of America's naval strength towards the Pacific already. The bulk of the strength is already there. Any resources gained from Afghanistan won't affect much. However, pulling NATO operations from Afghanistan does free lot of resources for US's allies. Since they have less resources to spread around. It will enable US allies to use their resources more efficiently in IndoPacific. I think US should have hold down the fort for a few more years while their allies withdrew from Afghanistan.

A few more years, China will have solved the Taiwan issues.

The problem with a lot of those so called ''anti-China'' bills. Beyond the rhetoric, a lot of them are pork bills. The anti-China stuff a lot of times is just a vehicle for push money for all kinds of stuff that has nothing to do with China.
