It looks like the Cirrus Vision SF50. A Chinese company bought the private aircraft maker a little while back.

EDIT/Correction: Huitong has updated his site with a serial 78024 ... meaning 171. Brigade FTTC !

With the magnifier, it looks to me the number is 76024.
