Does anyone know where Khorat is? If it's geographically close, it could be that MiG-29 crashed in Ramban, since this video only shows the wingtip, no other debris around.
After all, the condition of the wreckage of the Ramban MiG-29 indicated that the pilot didn't even have time to eject; it may have disintegrated in mid-air, with debris scattered over a certain area.
It's also possible PAF did not claim a 2nd MiG29 kill because it was actually accidentally downed by Indian forces. They have form in this respect.
