This video on Anhui #33 indicates that the ship has achieved IOC as per a crew member, it also shows firing of HHQ-10, 1130 CIWS, a flotilla comprising of 6 ships (075, 071, 2 DDG and 2 FFG), probably with capacity to carry a half to full brigade of marines.

There was also a replenishment ship, probably a type 903, during the exercise, but type 903 would not be required in AR of Taiwan.

Looks unfamiliar to me. Where is this place, is it China?

Edit: That is the "new" yard for Hudong on Changxing island, but that ship does not look like type 076, and not quite like 075 either, may be it is too blur.

It is impossible to build a hull to this level without being noticed during the last few months as airlines fly over this place everyday.
I reconfirmed that it should be an old picture. In the pictures of a few months ago, the factory area was already around, but this photo still shows the wasteland and its location is different.1000027310.jpg

The photo is very confusing, because the only amphibious ship built there was type 076 Sichuan, and the position of that ship in the photo was at the wrong side of the drydock (compare it to your second photo). I deleted my previous post because that image made no sense and any discussion makes no gains.

I will just treat that photo as fake.

Looks like #31 has been modified as a testbed for probably 3 types of new "thing". A bold wild guess is
1) At the front i.e. the bow, is probably a laser weapon similar to LY-1 laser truck (not final ship-based format)
2) At midship, a covered object with large cabinet (possibly generator), a pretty wild guess is it could be a rail gun or coil gun.
3) The one at the aft section with flat panel could be microwave weapon. Alternatively, it could be a new radar for ABM purpose.

This is very wild, don't take my words for it. Hopefully we could get some clear photo without the canvas covers over them. Your guess is as good as mine, but one thing is almost for sure. #31 is going out to the sea for some kind of tests.

Side note: Aircraft carrier Liaoning, at its early years, was also used for similar tests, with what looked like laser weapon system and several large cabinets (possible generator and control room).
