I think it's almost impossible for the US to withdraw legally due to the National Defense Authorization Act implemented by Biden? The best he could do would be a de facto withdrawl that permanently sours relations with other NATO countries even if a Democrat president in the future overturns everything.
Doesn't need to formally withdraw just needs to say US will not defend Euro-NATO (or particular states within it).

Correct me if I am wrong, but Trump tried to directly employ NATO warships as sacrificial lambs and experimental subjects in Hormuz, and for the first time, they seem to have rebelled.

Now NATO itself looks like it is wobbling, while individual countries, including the likes of South Korea, are already moving to cut their own side deals with Iran over Hormuz and revive diplomacy.

Already.

That shows how disastrous this war has been for the empire.

The fallout is immeasurable, and the second-order effects are probably endless.

None of the dozen different objectives was achieved, meanwhile.

And now Israel’s interceptor reserves are allegedly already down to double digits.
