First of all, is it even certain that that woman is who they're claiming her to be?
Second, they couldn't find a son/daughter of some general (that's not dead like Soleimani, he might be a martyr but his ghost won't be coming back to avenge his .. niece) or parliament member? Lets be honest, I don't think they'll be losing sleep over a niece at this point in time. If this is for negotiation for that pilot, they better get someone's wife or son.
