An updated assessment of aircraft loss/damage from yesterday, shot down 1 F-15, 1 A-10, several UAVs, 2 MH-60 damaged (one possibly crash landed from other sources), KC-135 and F-16 Skuawk 7700.

In addition, Babak Taghvaee says the second F-15 pilot is presumed dead (did not eject) so CSAR is cancelled.
He also says 2 A-10 were lost yesterday, not just one.
Finally, he says more than one CH-47 were destroyed on the ground by FPVDs (2, possibly 3 judging by images?)

In addition, it confirmed an earlier NBC report that two U.S. Black Hawk helicopters involved in the search-and-rescue effort were also hit by Iranian fire. The Post added that the attack “injured U.S. personnel on board, though both aircraft have safely returned to their base.”

As we noted earlier in this story, The New York Times reported that an A-10 was shot down, while Fox said that was inaccurate.

Neither the Pentagon nor CENTCOM has responded to requests for comment.

Tyler appears to be in a mild state of meltdown…

Its kind of interesting how all the criticisms and mockery they threw against the Russians for their gaffes and lapses is coming back cranked at 11, considering how much they spend on defense procurement, brag about their technological and "experience" edge.

Things happen when you bite more than you can chew when you don't have strategic depth.

For reference, we are past the 30 days Mark for this war. The Yom Kippur War, which Israel almost lost lasted 19 days, so this is logistical and political uncharted territory for modern Israel.

Closest would be 1982 invasion of Lebanon, lasted 3 months and despite the support of fascist maronite forces within the Lebanon goverment for Israel, they failed to achieve their strategic goals.

This was also the time were Reagan threatened Israel to make them stop killing civilians or face repercusions, to the point F-16's deliveries were suspended for a while.

Iranian air defenses shot down a two-seat American F-15 fighter-bomber. The United States launched a search and rescue operation to rescue the pilots of the downed F-15E fighter jet in Iran. An HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter and an HC-130J Combat King II aircraft were dispatched to search and evacuate them.
The fate of the F-15 pilots is still unknown. According to CBS News, one pilot of the F-15E fighter shot down over Iran on April 3 was rescued. The search for the second American pilot is ongoing. According to Iranian media, the IRGC captured the pilot of the downed F-15E fighter jet and shot down the evacuation helicopter. There is no video evidence to support this. It is worth noting that local residents have also begun searching for the pilot and are prepared to engage him in combat.

Another Wing Loong shot down over Iran, I'm not sure how the poster verified that the aircraft was from the UAE Airforce but he implied so

chinese weapons appear to always be on the not-so-good side

this is likely an older Wing Loong export to the GCC not some new export that happened during the war. hopefully Xi Jinping has the common sense to seize any further weapon exports to the GCC or else we may reach some absurd point in which we see China exporting weaponry to the GCC to boost the US war effort against Iran just to avoid pissing off the Saudis.

Iran demands explanations from Saudis and UAE after Chinese-made drone was shot down

Tehran says it has shot down a Wing Loong II, which could be proof of ‘active complicity’ in the US-Israeli war

Iran has demanded explanations from two Gulf states equipped with Chinese-made Wing Loong II drones after one was reportedly shot down in the war with the United States and Israel. Both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia are known to have the reconnaissance and precision strike drones in their arsenals. The drone was shot down over the city of Shiraz on Thursday, according to Esmail Baqaei, a spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry. Baqaei posted photos of drone wreckage on social media, saying it could be “evidence of direct participation and active complicity” by some neighbouring countries “in the crime of aggression and war crimes committed by the United States and Israel against Iran”.

Perhaps GCC are helping (possibly being forced to by the US) to fill UAV surveillance gaps due to all the MQ-9 losses?
