Seems to be the case. Let your country absorb the blows in the opening days when the US and Israel are at full combat capability. Once their munitions start running low and fatigue affects their pilots, you bring out your big guns and strike back. (Or at least I hope that's what's happening)

I never imagined that the UAE was THIS of a clown entity before.
If you actually read their statements, literally EVERY strike is from some sort of "debris" and is about face-saving.
This is even worse than Israel and in the same rank as Modi's India.

An updated assessment of aircraft loss/damage from yesterday, shot down 1 F-15, 1 A-10, several UAVs, 2 MH-60 damaged (one possibly crash landed from other sources), KC-135 and F-16 Skuawk 7700.
In addition, Babak Taghvaee says the second F-15 pilot is presumed dead (did not eject) so CSAR is cancelled.
He also says 2 A-10 were lost yesterday, not just one.
Finally, he says more than one CH-47 were destroyed on the ground by FPVDs (2, possibly 3 judging by images?)
