I am not sure why the USA fails to consider the basics in not letting the world know of their blunders although to be fair most of its intelligent staff have either retired or died already, leaving only the sub standard ones left behind to well drag the nation down under

They ARE proud of it. They are salesmen (aka. scammers) and their only concern is closing the deal. Delivery is for engineers and other lowly bluecollars to deal with, which are "cost centers" that the salesmen would glady get rid of inorder to take a bigger cut. This has been the business culture in the West for decades.
