Looks like falling and out of control, in the last frames looks like is nosediving. Probably firing flares desperate to evade another hit.
I don’t think it looked like that at all, it’s turning very hard trying to shake whatever was launched. There is no evidence from that video that the aircraft was actually hit.
How many days have the crew been on duty without a chance of going home? Have they been furloughed? Rough gig
