Nah, Ukraine still had a massive Soviet aresnal, much of the work was done by s-300/buk and any failures chalked down to "shitty Soviet tech". Not much learning available if you're not willing to learn.
This is one of the first instance of the most modern completely western IADS against a conventional? foe. They're also not slinging weapons at infrantry bunkers and strong points but rather strategic strikes. To be humbled here is probably the the best case scenario rather than humiliating defeat elsewhere.
