I mean nobody ever accused the chosen people of knowing how to keep together a long lasting empire.
To me, it's clear that Israel simply saw the structural forces leading the US long-term decline and the imminent collapse in a few years (they are truly a bit smarter than an average westoid), and then simply decided to squeeze it one last time for their own interest, while they could (using their control).

Basically, collapsing Iran into a warring states-like period, they could manipulate, and end up as the hegemon in the region, even in the post-US world. This is why they are also already pointing at Turkey next. However, I think the US will already fall first right during this squeeze, before Iran even collapses.

Exactly. If Azerbaijan does get involved it will not be due to the strike false flag or not, it would be due to Azerbaijan interest and the drone attack would just be used as pretext. Question is does Azerbaijan has such interest despite the obvious risk involved? I think not
I personally wonder how Iran will deal with defending the north west from Iraq and Azerbaijan. They already have a lot of stuff to deal with right now.

Exactly. The US, as a Zionist tool, has a clear lifespan. That lifespan is nearing its end so Israel is just extracting maximum utility from this tool before it breaks down and becomes useless.

I have heard suggestions that the invasion route from Azerbaijan to Tehran is actually extremely poor and cannot support large scale troop movements. Just looking at the terrain, I suspect it is because the route to Tehran from there is quite winding and exposed to ambushes from higher ground and good cover along almost its entire route.

Trump should just be the Iranian leader.
Best of the all the worlds. He get a title like no other. Supreme leader Sound a lot better than president!
He'll just give the job to Marco Rubio like all the other jobs.

I mean, yeah but if they fail and US empire declines (to put it mildly) the entire region will eat them alive, so they're gambling with their existence, as they like to do throughout history.
Problem is, they have not been very good gamblers through out history either.

Personally I think they'd much prefer a land fight, it will be a fairer fight at least, defense in depth and all that. In the case of Iraq, I think US will have a lot of problem defending their supply lines from local militias.

For Azerbaijan the supply lines will be going through Turkey and Georgia maybe? I wonder what Turkey think of this, they know they're next right?

The video shows the downing of an Iranian Yak-130 combat trainer by an Israeli F-35I fighter jet near Tehran. An Israeli AH-64D helicopter attacks an Iranian Shahed-136 kamikaze drone. Israeli Air Force and drone strikes against an Iranian Mohajer-6 UAV, anti-aircraft guns, missile launchers, and other equipment are also shown. In response, Iran attacks American military bases, but no videos of these strikes are published. Satellite imagery confirms these attacks. It is worth noting that the United States and Israel have overwhelming technical and quantitative superiority in air power, naval forces, and satellite reconnaissance over Iran.
