According to the Middle East Eye (a UK domiciled media outlet largely staffed by alumni of established media institutions like the Economist, Al Jazeera, BBC and the Guardian), the USG is deflecting — if not effectively denying — replenishment requests from GCC sheikhdoms for air defense interceptors.

The US is “stonewalling” requests by some Gulf states to replenish their air defence interceptors as pressure mounts on them to join the US and Israel in their war on Iran, one western official and one former US official familiar with the matter told Middle East Eye.
At least one Gulf state that has come under attack from Iran asked US officials about replenishing supplies that have been depleted since the joint US-Israeli attack on Iran, but was brushed off, the former US official familiar with the discussions said.
In a separate case, another Gulf state responded to US requests to use air bases in their country with enquiries about the US’s commitment to their air defence systems, a western official familiar with the matter told MEE.
But the former US official familiar with conversations in the administration told MEE that Gulf states would be left wanting if they expect new supplies of interceptors.

“Whatever munitions were produced in the last couple of months, we have shot several years' worth of production in the last few days,” the former official said.

The UAE's interception rate is above 90 percent, according to the government’s tally, but Thaad and Patriot interceptors are costly and take years to make.

“The UAE has now burned through a significant chunk of an interceptor stockpile that took years to build,” Kelly Grieco, an expert at the Stimson Center, wrote on X.

Neither the former US nor western official said there have been formal denials, but that Gulf states have been discouraged from asking for refills.

Even if the US wins this war its security guarantee is dead.

Thing is, more interceptors in the Middle East means less interceptors for Ukraine and Europe. It might reach a point where some Euro countries will be forcibly "asked" to hand over their own self defense stocks to defend Israel since they probably will take precedent over Europe, Asia and the Gulf's security. It is likely that will cause issues and frictions within the west, too.

Theyll have to sacrifice one theater to save the other and I'm guessing the Arabs, despite all their brown nosing, aren't getting in the shelter.

It’s time to talk about the post-war future of the US "security" umbrella in the region.

It’s clear those Gulf bases will never hold the same weight again.

The Arab states won't risk further antagonizing Iran by hosting a full US force.

And Washington isn't keen on leaving soldiers and expensive assets sitting ducks now that they’ve seen how Iran actually retaliates.

The bases will likely stay (who knows when the current US paralyzed system materially fixes them, remember this is only 3 days of war).

But their role will be downgraded to a glorified early-warning system for defending Israel.

Everyone now knows this isn't about protecting the Arabs anymore, in the slightest; it's only about protecting Israel.

So, the Gulf states will go along with it because their royal oil wealth is tied up in Western paper "assets"; they can't disobey them.

But they’ve learned the hard way that the US can’t shield them from Iran, nor destroy it as they secretly wished.

So, they’ll be a lot more respectful of Tehran from here on out. This is my best guess now.

Doesn't needs to be asked.

The German Chancelor is ex blackrock employee, and the Blackrock founders/owners are hard core Israel supporters. Hosting the prime minister, and similar stuff.

So, it is simply a request for an employee, whom happens to be the Chancelor of Germany at the moment to get all german interceptor.
