18 pilots and 10 aircraft, plus 2 commanders who are likely pilots as well. So there are 2 pilots to each aircraft.
Hypothetically If each pilot clocked 200 hours in the air each year, each aircraft would have logged 400 flight hours per year, or 4,000 hours in 10 years, and that also applied to engines' usage and 4,000 hours clocked in 10 years, before MLU of the aircraft.
Hours vary depending on theater of operation. Squads in ETC tasked with intercepting intruders can easily get above 250 hours per year. That said, with unit rotations becoming wide spread practice recently even Central Theater Command can see a lot of action.

so I guess the J-20 has no issues with getting wet? Another one up on the F-22 and F-35.
