Not to shame anyone by giving their names but many people on this very forum wanted China to be more like India in the propaganda (softpower) front during the whole Galwan fiasco. Should China be more open about the ass whipping it gave? Definitely. Should it lie and make up bullshit as a glowup tactic? All I can say is that it backfires quite a lot.

No,China should not go that idiots' way as india is now ,very much the most globally proficient at self-fellatio as it is left behind or defeated in almost every sphere -from Operation Sindoor's victory envoys to the 10 day victory holiday to the 114 Rafales-each costing a staggering 310 millionUSD ,to total delusional statements of "leading the world in radars,hypersonic missiles to 6th gen aircraft- almost- there and just recently an "indian AI summit etc-wow hard to believe this is a real gov't in action. If you look at the comments from various platforms it seems like we're mostly past the first 2 stages of depression now. Very few denial "It's AI" or anger "It's stolen tech" It's mostly bargain "still can't fold laundry", depression "we're so cooked", and acceptance "It's just the Chinese civilization reclaiming it's place."

My recent favourite about China: "it's actually a civilization disguised as a country...." What does that even mean???

Tale as old as time. Money, fame, power etc changes people. Even more so for people who had little of it from the start and found they suddenly had a lot of it.

Although some people are still arrogant even without any of it.

It uses changes in the properties of light instead of voltage as the representation of signal transmission, enabling transmission at the speed of light.

Silicon photonics chips can be divided into two stages:

1.optical communication, which uses light as the signal for long-distance transmission, such as between server racks or between servers within a rack. This has already been put into use, and demand exceeds supply.
