Do you mean this picture?

It's not, but it plausibly might be from the same paper. Superstructure design is very similar.

Somemore hints on next generation DDG or CG, the ship in the paper is said to displace ~18kt and has a Zumwalt style superstructure which may or may not be a followup to this
It is most likely a conventional hull with a Zumwalt superstructureThe observed discourse thus far seems to converge in agreement that the Zumwalt-type (or variant of) superstructure will be present on the next-gen large DDGs or CGs. The current divergence now lies on the possible general shape of the hull:
- Conventional bow + Conventional hull (i.e. 055-esque); or
- Wavepiercing bow + Conventional hull (i.e. FDI-esque); or
- Wavepiercing bow + Tumblehome hull (i.e. Zumwalt-esque)
Are the the 9-10K ton DDG and 18K ton DDG/CG separate projects?The observed discourse thus far seems to converge in agreement that the Zumwalt-type (or variant of) superstructure will be present on the next-gen large DDGs or CGs. I suppose so far, here's what we kinda know of the next-gen major surface combatants of the PLAN:
- Next-gen FFG (either the 054B or a brand new model) with 5000-6000 tons displacement, CODAD (for the former) or CODAG/CODLAG (for the latter) for propulsion;
- Next-gen general-purpose DDG with 9000-10000 tons displacement, CODLAG or IEPS for propulsion; and
- Next-gen large DDG or CG with ~18000 tons displacement, CODLAG or IEPS for propulsion.
(Note that the above displacements are stated in terms of full-load.)
There is an image in that thread, too large to post here

Check if that image is in png format, if it is just change the format to jpg or jpeg then the file will be much smaller.There is an image in that thread, too large to post here
Most likely, 18K ton CG or very large DDG will likely be far too expensive to procure in numbers expected (50-70 total if not more) for general purpose DDG.Are the the 9-10K ton DDG and 18K ton DDG/CG separate projects?
So, possibly a Sino-ASEV with the purported 1.2-meter-diameter VLS cells for HHQ-29, then.Most likely, 18K ton CG or very large DDG will likely be far too expensive to procure in numbers expected (50-70 total if not more) for general purpose DDG.
9-10K ton DDG will be a direct successor to the 052D while the 18K ton DDG/CG will be an indirect successor to 055. If rumors are to be believed it might be an ABM cruiser carrying very large VLS for mid-course interceptor and very large X-band arrays.
