Any confirmation that what is the ATGM being used by the Type 19 IFV? I have heard various claims of HJ-12/13/16.
As per my understanding, HQ-13 is larger in size similar to HQ-10, and HQ-16 is supposedly the new generic ATGM for IFV replacing HQ-73. In other words, Type 19 IFV is likely using HQ-16?

How did you go from HJ (ATGM) to HQ (SAM)?

Oops, I was posting in the SAM thread so I must have gotten HJ and HQ mixed up. Thanks for point out. Yes, I was asking which ATGM is used by Type 19 IFV, HJ-12/13/16?
It uses the HJ-13. HJ-16 is only a bit lighter than the HJ-10, and I don't think the IFV has enough space to carry it.

Reading some older news, I think the confusion was caused because what we thought was the HJ-16 was actual named HJ-13. The names are clarified now after their export variants were revealed in 2024 airshow.

Does someone clearly know what is the difference between "HJ" and "AFT" designations? As far as I get it, the first is for missile and the latter is for self-propelled launcher vehicle, right?

HJ is the manufacturer's name, and AFT is the PLA equipment code name.
AXX in the PLA refers to various types of guided missiles:

AKD=A/ Kong Di = Air to Groud Missile. AKD-9, AKD-10, AKD-62, AKD-88...
AFT=A/ Fan Tanke = Anti Tank Missile. AFT-07C, AFT-09, AFT-10...
ADK=A/ Di Kong = Anti Air Missiles. ADK-11,ADK-13...
