There must be a secret floor hatch under the resolute desk. Anytime he sits down and presses the button, someone gets sent up to service the master. They exit the same way so no one can ever identify who it is unless they manage to peak around the little alcove in the back of the desk. Monica used the same hatch for Bill. Biden used the hatch to sneak away for naps.
