The word "跨区" was used, which means "cross region". I’m not sure if that suggests Fujian is currently in a different theater from its destination.
Fujian is said to have reached the waters off Shantou, Guangdong today, i.e. she has already transited Taiwan Strait. Posted by @Captain小潇 on Weibo.

What do people think? Commissioning in Sanya? Testing tend to be around the Bohai Sea. I don't think any of the trials of any of the carriers was done this far south.
The final sea trial of the Shandong aircraft carrier was conducted in the South China Sea, after which it entered service in Sanya.
