Looks like instructions have been sent to Indian-Americans. Lots of such posts in last 24 hours by prominent Indian Americans.

This why West don't talk Climate Change anymore, because they wanted to be the global suppliers. Saw this last year; so much Chinese solar panels for personal use, rapidly took over, government electric supplier took a major hit; country went from major energy deficits to surplus extremely quickly.
