CN 030082?! Or maybe my tired old eyes are wrong.

Indeed looks like but I'm more for 030052.

From the cns I know it seems as if each batch consists of 20 aircraft and so far it fits nicely:

Batch 01 = 001 - 020
Batch 02 = 021 - 040
Batch 03 = 041 - 060
Batch 04 = 061 - 080 ... but actually I'm not entirely sure.

J-15DT is probably the most important PLAN aircraft.

J-15D(T)/J-16D radar/EW nose sensor should be optimized for EW with secondary radar functions. Better EW than AN/APG-81 by virtue of tech level/materials/size while having at least the same air-to-air capabilities as a J-10C.
kind of irrelevant comparison to J-10C. They are not going to be used the same way.

Best explanation is it's used offensively for EW. Not exactly special for 2020s (though by no means common either yet).
that's good stuff. I also think it makes sense here since J-15DT is possibly pointing down a little bit since it will have greater emphasis on shipping and ground targets.

Well remember that an ISR/EW support aircraft would be expected to loiter at max endurance speeds which can be quite low, which means it will be flying with noticeable AoA. A downward canted array may actually compensate for the expected AoA for its intended mission profile, resulting in an array oriented vertical to the horizon, with no bias either upwards or downwards.

A known example would be the tilted orientation of the E-7's array. At the AoA that it actually flies at, the array ends up parallel with the horizon.

I'd say this is a bit too much.

It's important enabler/force combat multiplier, but in terms of straightforward importance for a carrier airwing it's perhaps dead last.
Very rich fortunate son's toy, and perhaps also a bit of a advance payment (I doubt 001 type carriers can truly realize it's potential)

Yep, would be interesting if it's literally same array as J-15T, but geometrically optimized for downwards FoV.
