Yeah, I suppose the US spending 104.9 billion USD (11.9 billion USD for Constellation, 93 billion USD for Artemis) since 2004 that only had an uncrewed moon flyby to show for is a wonderful strategy to "goat the SeeSeePee into bankrupting themselves". Truly a brilliant masterplan indeed!

These are just ephemeral partisan dynamics, where the same folks who cheered on Biden's approach to China now disapprove of Trump's approach even though there is a great deal of commonality between the two, as there was between Trump I and Biden and as there almost certainly will be between Trump II and a hypothetical future Democratic administration. The narcissism of small differences.
