DF-100 is already the heaviest cruise missile of the PLA, but even so, it only uses a 5-axle vehicle to carry two missiles. As a backup project for DF-21D, DF-100 has a very serious marginal effect, there is no point in further enlarging it. Endless it carry two huge scramjet cruise missile.
