Any update of iran's retaliation or they are actually just taking the beating?
The only thing i read is 100 drones which is nothing compare to the damage they took
No point striking in daylight. Iran is obviously trying to regroup and plan what to strike. But striking in open daylight is simply not smart. There is no need to hurry. If they can regroup and keep their morale and not chicken out, we will see huge destruction in Israel.

what happen to Iran's hypersonic missile that they touted a few years ago? They still haven't launch any of it.
Israel has persistent drone/plane air patros and are hunting TELs. There's a video few posts above of just that. Israel probably has also mapped out most of the mobile TELs anyways. Would be insanity to bring anything out right now, before the surveillance situation improves.

Iran has more than enough strategic depth to fight Israel without help from its neighbour's. Yes, Iran lacks good air defense and air force and should have bought from China and Russia, but Iran actually has the engineering depth to actually produce planes and AD, unlike any of the countries in the middle east.

Iran has the capacity to fight Israel and win if they can keep their morale and cohesion intact.
my bro, they are so infiltrated, they cannot detect bases being set up next to Tehran.

if they had morale and cohesion, none of this would be possible. Literally none. Yemen is poorer than them in every way, they even thought that Yemen was an Iranian proxy. Turns out that Yemen is actually just outright stronger than Iran.

Sounds like Indian or Ukraine level boasting to me.
Both this attack and then one from Ukraine had western backing. I wonder if it's basically the same strategy devised for two separate locations. It's just feels too much of a coincidence on the timing and methods.

The question at the very least is how does one plug the hole for this.

Yemen wasn't on Israel's bingo for tel Aviv strikes before Oct 7 so the mossad never gave them any importance

Iran is a huge and empty country. Hiding drones and a few operatives is not that difficult. Yes, it's new and governments are not prepared for it, but it's not a sign of super incompetence. Even Russia has been infiltrate many many times by Ukraine.

Doing these kinds of infiltration is more about audacity and not about counter intelligence. Iran obviously cannot surveil it's entire population and land.

I doubt even US can withstand such strikes if someone had the audacity to actually do it. Only China has the surveillance depth to probably detect things like this.

They might retaliate in the coming hours since night is approaching in tel Aviv and that's when ballistic missiles can light up the night sky for maximum media effect.

They did this the last 2 strikes.

If they don't then Israel has probably crippled their ability to retaliate
They may also be waiting a bit for Israel to let it’s guard down, but that might just be me being optimistic.
