So basically all the huff and puff about moving production to India is basically dead. With all upfront cost, the India-China tariffs on parts, transportation and just general inferior infrastructure, it’s just easier and probably move efficient to just keep producing in China.

I mean it’s already been proven that the US will cave to China and moving production to US will take a hell of a lot longer than 3.5 years.

So more ‘winning’?

I hope the EU feels the some pain from their poor foreign policy choices they've made in the past few years and are currently making, they don't seem to be showing any charitability to China at the moment either with the recent trade talks stalling.

China should focus on the rest of the world in terms of trade, it's hard to shift the EU's mentality right now, especially with their foreign minister saying they don't "understand why China is materially supporting Russia" (the answer should be rather obvious why they are) and claiming that this is impeding trade talks.

It was always a charade from the beginning. The only reason why the EU did this was because they wanted to pressure Trump over trade negotiations.
