This is based on opinion that Chinese does not does not have analogues to SPECTRA. Given Chinese leaps and bounds in semiconductor field, it no surprise if J10C itself has build in EW suite. After all CAC did have delegations touring Dassault when Rafale was still a prototype. While Russians still relies on wingtip jamming pods, Sino flankers have incorporated its EW suite into the plane itself.
Two things. One is how advanced the system is (software, internal hardware). Another is how elaborate and powerful it is: how many receivers and active emitters, how good are their FoVs - how much real estate is given to the system, both inside and outside; how much power; and so on.

PLA fighters (like, say, americans, israelis and most of the world) don't carry all that much base(J-20 is exception of course, it's embedded with arrays all round). When in need of EW, they carry larger (more comprehensive) pods under the wing.

That's a lot of strong statements.

Indian formation and initial aircraft composition suggests a surprise air-surface strike from stand-off range without entering Pakistan airspace. Strike groups definitely did not carry BVR missiles and I wouldn't be surprised that even CAP did not have them, this would be the reason why IAF had to scramble additional planes to the area. Unfortunately for them, it was too late, PAF was not obliged to wait. This would explain why there were no BVR launches from Indian side.

Bad planning on IAF side - definitely. Lack of AEW coverage - criminal. IAF rendered useless, India has no real air cover - be careful, Indians probably were thinking the same.

If it is just bad planning, then why didn't the Indian Air Force come back the next day with a proper strike package with AWACs and Rafales carrying Meteors?

There can be lots of good reasons for that. They didnt have the time for a proper AAR, so they were likely afraid that they could face a surprise again. Also in my opinion its likely that the Indian leadership tried to play it save by using Balistic Missles and drones. Imagine what the cosequences of a second defeat in an airbattle would have meant for Indian Prestige and also for the Indian goverment.

What are your thoughts on this guy's? Did Pakistan really conduct underground nuclear tests? Was that the so called "alarming intelligence" that compelled JD Vance to contact Modi?
I'm thinking, it should've been picked up by radiation sensors by now. Also, would Pak really dare to offend the Americans this way?

MOD COMMENT - Is it that hard to put in some bare minimum effort and include a link?
