Mr. Wonderful Repanicking demanding China beg to Trump for negotiations or else China’s economy is going to collapse. I thought that was the ultimate goal to eliminate China. He even admits his call for 400% tariffs on China was hyperbole.

Whatever happened to the logic that because Chinese were going out to cheap restaurants to eat, that was a sign China’s economy was crashing as opposed to in the US where people are choosing not to go out to eat at all?
He should stick to what he is an expert at, being the spouse of someone who crashes into boats and kills people...

I love how all the notorious traditional anti-China Republican faces are so realistic now when it comes to China when it starts to bite back. But still just like during Trump’s first term starting his trade war when China didn’t collapse day one like he said was going to happen, they kept kicking the can down the road on the time of China’s end when the date came and passed. The holdouts are doing that now. Who thinks Trump is more likely to get the world, and not just the Western world, in-line against China especially when he has closed the door on trade with the entire world?

Why is the guy so anti-China? Has he lost big on any investment in China? He is Canadian, not even a yankee.

It's a prevalent topic in Chinese cultural circles about the chokehold luxury brands have over the global consciousness when it comes to perceptions of prestige and status.

Well apparently in light of the trade war, another Chinese app recently shot to #1 on the appstore and for an interesting reason.

Besides what's already stated in those videos, I would add even the luxury brands that do the entire manufactering in Europe, they're not being individually spun from gold at the hands of artisans that studied for 8 years at the finest institutions in Florence and Paris. They're being churned out in factories staffed by Chinese, South Asian, and Middle Eastern immigrants, most of whom are illegal and in the case of Italy many are run by the Mafia.
