I'm probably just revealing my ignorance of all things Canadian here, but I was surprised to find India openly characterised as a "hostile nation" in

piece from The Guardian regarding alleged and anticipated foreign interference in Canada's upcoming election. Obviously there have been significant stressors in the Canada-India relationship, but one would typically expect more qualified or circumspect language. Does this characterisation accurately reflect the broader Canadian attitudes towards India in political or media circles?
You can Google for yourself if interested, but the Canadian government launched an inquiry into “foreign interference” which was centered around trying to flush out Chinese government influence, but actually ended up uncovering mostly Indian involvement.

Likely preparation to attack Iran. I believe an Israeli delegation recently came to the US to hem out the details, and rhetoric from the US has been very hawkish. There's a good chance that some sort of strike on Iran will happen soon.

Lying flat in China means taking chill/easy jobs and only working part of the year, spend the rest of the time travelling/partying. No saving money, no trying for promotion etc.

It doesn't mean being homeless lying on pavement.

So is human trafficking is legal in South Korea? I guess squid game isn’t that far off. Since it appear no criminal prosecution will happen.
Apparently it is very accurate, maybe not accurate and dystopian enough. The topic is touched upon much in other shows too. Outsiders think it is a comedy that exaggerates the situation, but it actually is a documentary.

It's things like this that creates the China Do Nothing Win meme.
Not that Hyundai will actually invest that much, or any amount, because they're not stupid, and also because there is no "next gen steel"
But if they did, that's $21 billion in EV and battery R&D they're not spending and instead spent on, of all things, American steel mills.
Those Korean and Japanese companies act like the Saudis but without the money.

However, the thing is these liberal Western women who're usually the most open to working or living in China are also usually the craziest demographic in the West.

This has been demonstrated by quantifiable research. Case in point:

This is slander lol. Pro-China folks are leftist not liberal. Just compare the MAGA punditers with CodePink.

This is not slander. However, if you think this is libel, you're welcome to elaborate to make your case. :)

Not sure if the appetite is there to dive into this rabbit hole, but China and the US do not see left/right and liberal/conservative through identical lens.

In all fairness, the left/right paradigm is tiresome in general at this juncture. Industrialization is the way.

Here's an interesting fact. Do you know what state in India has the most manufacturing?

Its supposedly Tamil Nadu which is the most southern part of India. They're also supposed to be the most nerdy part of since a lot of modern nerd accomplishments come from there.

So its pretty telling when the most nerdy place in India is also the one that does most manufacturing. Its shows even nerds there are still not afraid of getting actual physical work done there. So one has to ask, what exactly are the northerners doing if manufacturing is too low class for them?

That's not even news, anyone with remote knowledge of China knows that soccer is China's 国运平衡器。
The women's team does very well. The men's team... Shit, armed reunification might be finished before the men's team qualifies for another World Cup.

Iran have recently claimed that they have the technology to detect stealth aircraft. If they can also track and them as well, this can become a very dangerous situation that can blow out of scope.
