Gaming News In General!

I've heard Republicans charge that DEI comes from China to divide the US. No it sounds like it exactly comes from the West. The Chinese don't go around telling others they know what's best and everyone has to follow it. They think Chinese do because whatever they do, the Chinese have to be worse. The West takes ownership of what's human rights but then some cases they could care less about it like genocide in Gaza. That's the whole point. They want to own it therefore be the only ones to define what it means so they can use it against like China and then protect themselves or allies from being accused of it. They'll get upset how Gaza will be termed as a genocide because they think it's not a case of it yet they charge China is waging genocide in Xinjiang. Where are the example of China targeting Uighur civilians, including women and children, and killing them? I'm not suppose to say that and they say they're against censorship meaning they get to define it because they say they hold it so precious for all. They want to make everyone believe they can't lie because if they did, their tongue would explode in to flames but since it hasn't, it's because it must be true.

If you look at DEI in the computer gaming industry. Are they actually seeking diversity, equity, and inclusion for everyone? No. They're leaving out the majority of the world. They only care about it for their women, their main minorities in their countries, and most of all their members of the sexual alphabet... victims of Western white society. Everyone else they don't care. What makes it worse is when they want to force others like Asian (game developers) to somehow correct their wrongs among these groups by following their guidelines in making games. It's no different from when white people tell black people all their problems are because of Asians just to divert attention and actual responsibility from them. We are the world now means we are all responsible for what Western society has done to people.

I was wondering why the Marvel Rivals news that it had fired its US developers branch didn't gain traction. It was because they were a bunch of lazy freeloaders riding off a success that wasn't theirs. The story got traction despite how Western game developers are taking a hit over their failures because it was believed automatically by the usual suspects that Netease fired the meat and potatoes of the game so the Chinese could make all the money. They weren't needed anymore and thus fired. No it was the other way around fully knowing it would first be interpreted as the Americans were crucial to the game's development. It's not surprising people would believe their story so quickly. I was wondering I didn't see more of this outrage that was an injustice to American IP that sputtered out quickly.

Ubisoft facing lawsuits over violating things that they anoint themselves to be a champion against. They can always just blame China since Tencent holds a minority stake in Ubisoft. That fits their method of operation of distraction to accuse others first of what they've been already doing.

There's the Game Developers Conference coming up later this month in San Francisco. Ironic because the background photo that first shows up on the website looks like all Asians when the Western game industry seems to be blindly attacking games from Asia-based game developers. When I was younger I might cough up the money for something like this just out of curiosity. Not sure if they would let me in since I'm not in the business. But it's interesting reading the website where they give tips on how to force your boss to cough up the money to pay for their employees' registration fees. It's like Sweet Baby Inc. blackmail tactics to force their DEI initiatives onto gaming companies. BTW Kim Belair, extorter of Game Science, is going to be there with a panel of her own complaining about... experiencing racism in the industry.
