My mother tongue is Chinese so I am only Chinese, most people in Palestinian state speak a variant of Arab language so they are Arabs. Acquired language skill in school has nothing to do with identity.

Now you know why the US is alarmed about data getting into the hands of China. It's because the US has been weaponizing such data. Remember how the US demanded all its allies give them all their supply chain data or face sanctions? On the face of it they said they wanted to know what US allies were shipping to China to identify and stop any avenues where China might be getting high tech. That kind of information is also where they would know what products and where they're being shipped. The kind of information Israel would need to plant explosives in pagers. So you know the US was complicit. You don't think if China or Russia did this, they wouldn't be screaming crimes against humanity...? It's a perfect example of how data can be exploited... by the US. And the EU just demanded China hand them over all their companies' data so they can "check" if these companies were given subsidies and not be tariffed by the EU... The distraction is claiming China can do this to the West when they've just done it.

Arabs and Jews are each others ethnolinguistic cousins and are theoretically "family" but Israel is very much a state of Eastern European transplants and Israelis have more common ancestry with Germans than Arabs, as much as the Zionists tries to suppress this fact.

Ma did get a lot of likes from this photo back then. IIRC from the video/gif of that scene, Trump came to offer handshake to Ma while Ma was talking to somebody, Ma made that gesture which most people would take to mean "wait your turn". This photo's angle is a bit weird though, as the person Ma was talking was standing far apart enough to be off camera.

If China was a “fierce and formidable competitor in almost all sectors”, there should be a Chinese equivalent of nearly every industrial and information firm listed in New York, but instead - it’s literally just “ooh look - Longi Solar, Xinjiang Goldwind, Huawei, SMIC, Piotech, CRRC, and CNNC.” - America is doomed, after all “startup over here is now competitive against [random tier U.S. industrial firm like Oracle]”.

China may be able to successfully commercialize its present research findings into competitive products, in due time, but that day is not today and that day won’t occur for years - simply because of the time needed for development, testing, iteration, and the same for product verticals - both upstream and downstream.

Now replicate this exact same story in dozens of sectors - scientific instruments, electronic gases, speciality chemicals, medical devices, capital/infrastructure software like OS/databse/cloud, specialty software (like what Schrödinger, AutoDesk, and ANSYS), pharmaceuticals, life science consumables (assays, syringes, etc), valves, ball bearings, avionics, large commercial aircraft, oilfield equipment, laboratory test services, pesticide manufacturing, gas turbines, agtech, fintech, etc, etc, etc.
