The US needs a poll telling them they've won the semiconductor war. Maybe China is suppose to stop developing semiconductors because it ain't winning. How did China ever catch-up to the US because it was 1st place in a lot more things than a quarter of a century ago with China way behind. According to them China should be still at the bottom if that's how the world works.

I'm really waiting for the day where some US news/politicians says China EVs are inferior technology because they lack the feature of turning them on in the garage to kill yourself (or some kind of "no freedom" spin on that)

US has fought extended conflicts by demonstrating its aviation capability to support its troops in Afghanistan/ Iraq/Syria/Libya and still maintaining highest per capita country with tremendous influence over Allies. and US is demonstrating to every one that it will stand with Israel by putting its systems.

try play Foot ball with Russian team that is free from foreign influence in Mideast playgrounds. see what kind of result you get.
fighting Ukraine is like fighting fusion of US/EU/Japan/Korea Olympic teams when you look at the combined weight of technology and finances with mass migration that gives them surplus manpower.
Russia is maintaining hundreds of transport planes and thousands of chopper working round the clock and most have 2 to 4 fuel tanks. with flights near to the ground level and managing nearly a million men carrying body equipment for unlimited amount of time with rotation. if you dont manage these things well than people confidence on economy will go down. and there are other constraints on Russia how the conflict is conducted and that always show up every day.
