a lot of HKers have bought or are in the process of buying properties in Zhuhai at 10-20% of the costs compared to HK.
reasons include: living conditions are good as apartments are much more spacious and more affordable, food is very good and reasonably priced, the dialect is the same (cantonese), and the girls are pretty
