You may include Saudi Arabia, the gulf countries , Algeria and possibly Egypt. My reason they know what their national interest is and will fight tooth and nail to achieved it, I may include Turkiye BUT Edrogan dream of resurrecting the Ottoman Empire is a major stumbling block.
I don't want to sound arrogant BUT without India ,BRICS will really take off, you have to understand the pressure Brazil and South Africa is under, with China and Russia on board they were given a platform and have a voice BUT India who is dreaming to be a superpower, I think they overstate their importance instead of working to create one.
China doesn't and shouldn't really care about what India thinks or how anti-China it is. China is focused on national rejuvenation and great harmony for mankind. BRICS and SCO are tools to achieve China's primary objectives, not to placate crab bucket mentality neighbours. If the cost is to exclude India (approximately 1/6 of global population) from major organizations than so be it, reality is messy.
Bro India need attention and China ignoring her is the reason for her tantrums, you know the Chinese mindset, we don't indulge in useless debates and arguments.
You mean: Expand BRICS in a way that will suit the West. Because excluding Saudi Arabia only serves West's purpose, thus my "India is a Trojan Horse" comment.

Just because it's sworn testimony, they have to be telling the truth... until it's something they don't want to hear. Love the heresy of the Republicans that are pushing all these UFO conspiracies. Aren't they suppose to be God-fearing Christians? Just like they don't believe dinosaurs existed millions of years ago, there is no intelligent life beyond Earth. God created man in his own image but not aliens with more advanced technology... They can't explain the Chinese when the Bible supposedly written by God makes no mention. You don't think if there was extraterrestrial intelligence out there making first contact, Christians wouldn't be forcing them to believe in the Christian God? At first the West will be fascinated and then they'll grow resentful for aliens for being more advanced than they are and would be considered a threat if they don't submit to the Christian God, aka the West, because they're supposed to be God's chosen ones to rule them all.

1) The US's GPS is the first in the world. It's so awesome when it was setup. It gave convenience to users around the world.
2) But the GPS is not perfect. It is still not too available in certain parts of the Global South, like Africa. Plus it's getting old.
3) China have completed Beidou in 2020. It's more modern than the GPS. It also covers the Global South better than GPS.
4) BUT! Beidou is owned by the evil See See Pee! It has 2-way communication instead of GPS's one-way communication. So the evil See See Pee can use it to spy on you. It's a big threat!
5) America is gonna modernize to GPS 3. Lockheed Martin is gonna do it. It's gonna be more militarized. With harder military coding and anti-jamming capability. Yay!
6) The West cannot allow the evil See See Pee to dominate the satellite navigation business. Only America can be trusted. GPS (and Lockheed Martin) must prevail!
