So is QBZ-95 still the main gun used in the army? Or has the 191 already replaced it now?
The 95 for a cheap quick solution was good for its time but now China has a bit more cash, its probably best to implement the upgrade soon rather than later?

It is being rolled out to everyone. However it takes time for everyone to get the new rifle.
Its being replaced, they just have millions of qbz in stock, getting rid of that isn't gonna be easy. they sold a few to other countries.
And which countries are that (the Type 97 series don't count by the way)?
